How to Listen
Depending on you operating system and browser configuration, you may be able to click on the "Download MP3" link and have the sound file open within your browser.
Another way to listen to our podcasts online requires Macromedia Flash Player. This plugin is available for download free of charge. If you can see and use this audio player below...
... then the Flash plugin is properly installed.
MP3 Downloads
To download an MP3, right click (ctrl click on the Mac) and select "Save As." You will then be able to choose where on your computer to save the file. You will also need software to listen to the MP3. There are many options but Windows Media Player, Real Player, Quicktime, iTunes, and Juice are some of the most commonly used applications.

Podcasting is a service that allows you to receive periodic updates of featured audio content from Virginia Tech. As new features become available, they will be automatically downloaded to your computer and/or portable MP3 player.
